Village life sets the standard

The retention race is being won with amenities

The best operators in the country are re-setting the standard for village life — resort-style accommodation, proper gyms, cinemas, and increasingly, golf simulators as a headline recreation amenity. It's not decoration. In a tight labour market, the quality of life on site is a deciding factor in where experienced people choose to work, and how long they stay.

A golf simulator earns its place in a village recreation building for a simple reason: it works for everyone, every roster, every night. Beginners and single-figure players. Individuals unwinding after shift and crews running social competitions. 45 degrees outside or blowing a gale — the bay doesn't care.

One amenity, every demographic, every night of the roster.
Not a showroom spec

Built for site conditions, not showrooms

Most simulator companies design for city venues. We design for your conditions:

Heavy, unsupervised use

Commercial-grade screens, turf and enclosures specified for constant daily play without a staff member standing by.

Remote logistics

Freight, site access, inductions and installation windows planned into the proposal, not discovered on delivery day.

Simple operation

Walk-up-and-play software with no marked balls or per-round fiddling. If your workforce can use a TV remote, they can use the studio.

Support without a site visit

Remote monitoring and support resolve most issues without waiting for a technician to fly in.

Dust, heat and power realities

Hardware selection and room requirements that account for actual site environments, including air-conditioning and power specifications in the room design.

Design stage is the cheap stage

Get the room right before the building is locked

The cheapest time to build a great simulator room is before the slab is poured. If your village or recreation building is at design stage, we'll give your project team a full room specification — dimensions, ceiling height, power circuits, data, lighting positions, flooring and access — so the space is right the first time.

Already have a room? Enter the dimensions below and we'll confirm fit within 24 hours, including whether a second bay is achievable in your footprint.

Sizing the amenity

One bay or two?

A single studio serves a village well. Two bays transform it — social competitions, crew vs crew, leagues across a roster swing, and no queue on a Friday night. We'll show you both options in every proposal, with the exact room each needs, so you can decide with real numbers.

No spare room?

The flatpack option

No spare room in the recreation building? Our flatpack simulator rooms are complete, engineered simulator buildings — pre-fabricated in Australia, shipped flat to site, and installed in days alongside your existing village infrastructure. One line item on the PO.

Frequently asked

Mining village simulator FAQ

As a working minimum, a single bay needs around 5.5 m of room depth × 3.7 m width × 2.75 m ceiling height, with more space improving comfort for every player. If your building is still at design stage, request our Room Specification Pack before dimensions are finalised.

Yes. We plan freight, access and inductions into every remote installation, and our flatpack rooms are designed specifically for remote delivery.

However suits your village — open walk-up play, a simple booking sheet, or managed sessions. The software is designed for self-serve use with no staff required.

Most issues are resolved remotely. Hardware is selected for durability under heavy use, and every proposal includes a support plan appropriate to your location.

As a guide, permanent commercial-grade bays start from $18,499 each before room works, with fixed pricing in your proposal including freight and installation to your site.
